About the Author

Hope Petrow is a best-selling author, speaker, entrepreneur, and mother of five. For more than 20 years, she has created books, courses, and practical resources to help people build better lives. She spent years speaking to corporate teams and coaching high-performing professionals on stress management, resilience, and creating systems that actually work in real life. Now she's applying many of those same ideas at home while homeschooling her three youngest children. Her play-based curriculum focuses on reducing overwhelm, encouraging curiosity, and making learning fun using books, toys, craft supplies, and everyday experiences families already have.
